Doctor is good, People answering the are horrible. Not sure what they think of themselves as technicians or admin. Have some etiquette in dealing with people. Maybe you should learn from your employer how to be humble and talk to people as people not as machines! Pethitic!

The whole experience has been unbelievable. I can say, that I was indeed apprehensive when it came to the day of my first cataract surgery. This , of course, had nothing to do with the most impressive team of well skilled individuals. As a client of Great Lakes Eye Centre, and Dr Calotti as the Ophthalmologist, I had the best attentive service from all. Thank you certainly does not seem to be enough. From the very first appointment I was informed of what to expect, when to expect it and what to do as far as all the eye drops etc. I went in there with clouded vision wearing tri-focal glasses and with the insert of the better lenses to correct my astigmatism as well, I am now glasses free. Apparently, my vision is better than 20/20. Thank you Dr. Calotti and team.

I'd HIGHLY recommend the Great Lakes Eye care center to anyone dealing w an eye issue. Dr Calotti is hands down the best eye surgeon in the area. He's very nice and keeps his patients calm and informs them on anything. His staff is also grade A material. So nice and friendly. If I could rate it a 6/5 I would. Hi, my name is Yvette Cook and I am very pleased to do a review for Great Lakes Eye Center. I had my first cataract surgery on June 1/17 and the left eye June 22/17. It was not an uncomfortable surgery. Everything was explained beforehand. I received excellent pre-op and post-op care. I had to use eye drops before hand and afterwards about 4 different kinds to be used in a scheduled manner. It was a little time consuming but well worth the trade-off to having my cataracts removed and implants inserted. I have had literally no pain except for once for about a minute. Not sure what that was about but it never returned. I've had no swelling in either eye. Today, I read, do computer, drive day and night and the only thing I have to deal with is a slight sensitivity to some lights, mostly outdoors. I can even thread a needle and pluck my eyebrows without glasses. All in all it was a great experience. I also notice colors are more vivid especially outside. I want to thank Dr. Calotti and his staff and the staff at the Brantford General Hospital for the good care I received and the courtesy I was shown. I received all the answers to all the questions I asked. It is wonderful not to be looking for my glasses all the time. Sincerely Yvette Cook July 13, 2017

I have been under the care of Dr. Calotti and his staff since early 2015 . I have found that Dr. Calotti and his staff are very knowledgeable , caring, and just plain excellent at what they do. Time is taken by both the Doctor and staff to ensure that you understand what is involved and provide you with the facts about what is needed to improve your vision and look after your vision . I have had laser treatments, injections and catarac surgery. When I first came under Dr. Calotti's care my eyes were a mess and he immediately started my treatments booking multiple appointments to give me the treatments that I needed to have in a short time . Thanks to his expertise my eyesight is much improved .Great Lakes Eye Centre is an excellent place to go to get the best eye care. Thank you so much Dr. Calotti and staff . Deb Toombs
