The guy that answered was super rude and very unprofessional. Didn't answer the phone properly. Just had a very sharp short and rude attitude. Didn't even ask for a name for the order. And hung up on me before I could say thank you. Their food is very overpriced for the service and quality of food. Very disappointed and upset at how I was treated. The workers seem very rude like they do not want to be there...obviously don't want people's money...I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Woman told me 10 minutes and when I got there food wasn’t even started. It was liked I never called for a pick up. Last straw. Used to really like this place but over last few months feel like the quality of food is going downhill.
I wouldn't even give a 1, I have only been there twice and both times they were very rude, and I didn't get what I ordered, Both times Never again will I order from them, I paid double for my order, and didn't get what I ordered,
I asked what was in their hot & spicy shrimp and shrimp in garlic sauce, the lady told me she didn’t have time because she was busy. She also told me to call her back when i was ready to order.
We just moved to the area and were looking for a Chinese place and this cam recommended. I have loved it each time. The General Tso is amazing!

I walked in with the best intentions and was greated with a rude women who acted as if she had no time for me. Then continued to be nonconversational and short with me for the rest of the order. I paid for my food bc i have a 4 year old who needed to eat. I wish i hadnt.
The closest place to Genoa. Food was better than expected. Tried to call ahead for an order tonight and no answer. The last couple visits they seemed like they were cutting back on everything no heat in the winter, few lights on, the tv was gone. etc.. Have they closed?
Tried the Hunan trio with Tripe, Beef and shrimp. The vegies are amazing. Peas water chestnut, carrot Broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions. White rice was good. Will be back to try the duck.
