The manager Claudia at this location does not know how to cut men's hair. I have been to this location before and never had an issue. I had asked for number 2 on the sides and back and a bit longer than finger length on the top. She proceeds to get the clippers and goes all the way up the side and back of my head. Then she starts cutting the top using on the comb and scissors and checks the length of the hair with her fingers afterwards. I have had many haircuts over the years and cuts by other members at that location and I have never had someone use only a comb and scissors when starting out to cut the hair. Also, I have never had anyone take the clippers right up the side and back of my head. Typically they go a half of the way up and use scissors to bend the sides in. The next day I called and asked to speak to the manager as I did not know who cut my hair. I then found out the manager had cut my hair. I explained to her the issue and had asked for her to change the haircut notes on the file to be more specific to how I expect my hair to be cut. She replied saying that they were not able to update the notes. I then asked her for a refund or free hair cut next time I was in and she replied saying that the haircut had already happened and they were not able to offer a refund or free haircut. When I asked her why she did not do the sides the way I mentioned earlier in my post, her reply was because it was going to look uneven. My response back to her was that I have never had anyone not be able to do it that way. Instead, her recommendation was for me to come back in and they could fix whatever the problem was. I replied back saying what are you going to fix there is no hair left on the top of my head. Basically, Claudia was not willing to do anything other than fix the haircut that has no more hair to cut. I called into customer service and they are not able to do anything because each salon is individually owned and operated. Waiting for a call from the owner to see how they rectify the situation. Would give 0 stars, but not an option. WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, Claudia's chair is the one right behind the cash........Do not use her!!!!! Seems to be a consistent issue with Claudia after reading other reviews here. If this is the the type of customer service this location provides, find another location to go to because obviously this manager does not know how to address customer's complaints properly.

I asked for layers and an inch off. left with two layers and four inches off my hair. had never been so upset with a haircut in my life. not only that but i specifically said i wanted to keep the length. will never be returning.

Been going to this location for quite sometime, not the same though. The staff has quite the turnover and now it seems there is only 2 girls working in early evenings. They don't seem to listen to what you want done no matter who you go to. Not very friendly. Far more better hair cutting locations in the city to try.Service: Hairstyling
Disrespectful! My child have medical conditions. The lady who wanted to cut his hair put some dirty towel with out my permission over his face. I even showed medical note. But while was empty with out customers propose to me make an appointment to cut my child's hair. Question... what's the point? What's the difference?The place was empty and going to be a human cutting his hair.
I randomly selected the salon on Dundas east of Dixie. Very clean and friendly team. Claudia gave me a great cut, exactly what I hoped for. I definitely will return and I recommend to anyone unsure, go.
Hadn't had my haircut in like a year due to the Pandemic, finally got it done here. I felt very safe and comfortable with the safety procedures involved. Also it took only a few minutes because she was very good at her job. I tipped generously because of that. Thanks again.
Been here twice. Haven't had a bad experience or bad cut. Take in mind that my hair style isn't anything crazy. Love checking in online, makes planning trips easier. *UPDATE*COVID19* Only online checking in is accept at this time, they said you a text when it's 15mins to your appointment time. Stylists will come out and greet you, you go in, sanitize your hands and get your hair cut. Quick and safe process, stay safe
