Im normally very happy with my hair cuts from here. But today not so happy. I took in a picture it even gave detailed lengths to cut. We did agree to shorten up the top from 41/2 inches to about 3 1/2 inches but the rest was suppose to be at 3 inches. Well she cut the back so short i cant do anything with it. Im extremely unhappy and wont go back there again. It does not look anything like the picture i brought in. Tamara you need to listen better to your customers. Even though i bought a gift card i wont be using it there.

I went in to have my hair put in two French braids. Shelley you did a beautiful job as usual. However the manager. Let me just say my hair is short it hardly comes to my shoulders, I am trying to grow it out. I have had a few girls French braid my hair and the most I have ever paid us 22.00 dollars. As Shelley was braiding my hair the manager tells her this type of hair do is a formal up do. ( My best friend is a manger at super cuts in Reno, I asked her what she would charge for two French braids she quoted 20 bucks.) I told her that the manager told me it was a formal up do and it would be 45 next time. My friend a general manager, even said a formal up do is a ton of curls and takes an hour or more. This took 15 minutes tops. I did call cooperate the same day, they said this is owner operated and the owner would call me back, the owner never called and this is why I am leaving a poor review.
