So I went in to get my hair cut, lady told me I had lice. Even though I told her that I have a dry scalp and dry shampoo in my hair that gives me a blonde tint. Almost cried because I didn’t know what to do or what to get, not even words of comfort. Simply “ we can’t cut your hair till you get this fixed”. I go home and have my mom check my whole head. And my mom doesn’t see any eggs or lice only a dry scalp with dry shampoo flakes. LITERALLY NEVER TRUSTING GREAT CLIPS AGAIN.

This place is ok. It just seems like there's always a lot of rookies cutting hair. I guess that's how it is with big chains. I prefer the smaller shops where you get the same 1 or 2 barbers cutting your hair. Always very friendly that's a plus!

I appreciate the speed of the GREAT CLIPS staff and especially like the online check in. I get in with little if any wait time. I'm always pleased with the results I get with my haircut
