Great Clips

Came in with long hair. Asked to cut one inch of the length and showed her the front and back picture of the haircut I wanted. After asking me 5 times what I wanted, and me showing her the same picture 5 times, I left with 3 inches off and nothing even close to what I asked for! I wish she would have told me "I don't know how to do it". It's okay not to know something, just be honest to admit it. If you want to cut some length off or have a men's haircut - this is a place to go. Otherwise, proceed at risk of losing more than you asked for.

VERY VERY disappointed! What good does it do to explain SPECIFIC instructions on cut AND LENGTH when it goes in one ear and out the other??!! I couldn't have been more specific, and my hair is soooo short on the sides and back, it seriously looks like a man/boy haircut! I even stated i was trying to grow it out, but wanted it layered and THINNED OUT! Also, Michelle was supposed to call me back when done with a cut, but did not! Thanks a lot Michelle! NEVER AGAIN!! Wouldn't even give ONE star if I didn't have to! I am so upset that my hair is SO short for our holiday, I could cry :( DEFINITELY SHOULD BE A REFUND FOR THE CUT AND TIP!!!!!!!

Ronnie cut my hair one night, but it wasn't just a normal haircut...I had bleached my hair about 5 times in less than a month, and colored about 4 times. She cut off as much as she could while keeping it cute, and told me about some of their products for dry, thirsty hair (she wasn't pushy at all about it,, which made it even easier to buy then.) She told me, & even wrote it down for me, instructions on taking care of my hair. I HIGHLY recommend Ronnie to cut your hair! She is really nice, knowledgeable, and does a great job! I couldn't have asked for better!

I used to go to Sports clips, but this place is better and costs less!

This Great Clips is fantastic! Great location and the online/app check-in feature cuts down on any wait time. I would highly recommend the stylist, Jack. She's fantastic and has cut my hair for years. Jack listens to what you want, gets it right every time, acts like a professional but is very friendly to chat with as well. I always enjoy catching up with her during my haircut. Highly recommend her - I actually drive 15 minutes farther than the nearest Great Clips just so I can have Jack as my stylist!
