This store has undergone many changes throughout the pandemic, a complete redesign. Alot of the products they had before are no longer available, it will be interesting to see once everything gets sorted out. Nate does a great job at fixing your window/door screens. Many other staff members are also very helpful, there is a few that seem annoyed at you for bothering them.
Most employes in store are rude and look like they don't like their job or are bored. Many stuff missing especially what's in sale even 5 minutes after they just opened and even if they see you searching for stuff and walk the store 5 times nobody ask you if you need help for anything. 2 stars because the store is clean and shipping/receiving people do a good and fast job.
This place has come along way in the 11 yrs I have been in the neighborhood. It was ironic being a hardware store. The money was never put back into itself. You can definitely see the gradual changes that have been taking place. Clean, friendly, helpful and well organized. Even busier this time around.
I always find that this location has very good customer service. Unfortunately this time they did not have the vacuum bag replacement I needed so I went to another location and they did have it.
I shop there a lot, friendly people good selection for most , great deals if you catch them
Had the lumber we needed in stock. Paid at the front, then Pulled van into the bay area and one of the staff loaded everything up for us. Nice and easy.

Worst customer service. Wait on hold for lumber desk for multiple calls for 10 mins a call with no answer. They have nothing in stock. GO TO TRIMHOUSE. Trimhouse always has stuff in stock and you save money. Quit dealing with these guys if you dont have to for TRIM AND DOORS
It was hard to find stuff, but that's because they are moving stuff around to better serve the customer. They almost always have what I'm looking for.
Somewhat of a large selection, no matter your project.
