I bought 4 drinks today but their computer was down, so they weren't able to count my order towards reward points even though it is still a great hot salted caramel macchiato, and hot "The Force" white coffee. My husband and I's favorite. They have hot chocolate if you request. Friendly smiling staff. Also the line can be long but who cares, whatever's hardwhile is worthwhile.
Partially burnt and bitter. I have gone here 7 times now over the last few weeks. I feel like they didn't want me to come back because I am awkward and don't talk much. I stare forward so the barista can do their thing so they don't think I am looking at them and each time it tastes like they reused the same coffee grounds. I don't like it sweet so it isn't me. I just want a good coffee and always tip more than 20%. I have gone to coffee stand drive throughs all over Puget sound and there have only been 2 stands worse than this bad milk and nasty badly burnt this stand does not go that far but the barista always in the back talking negative is very off putting. Their friendly greetings are the only reason I went so many times thinking maybe a trainee or maybe one of them is having a bad day or something but so many times there is no excuse. I just can't stomach another disgusting caramel latte.
Used to be our favorite go-juice stand for our days out and about. Recently the service has been very slow and disinterested. Several days the visit has delayed our arrivals significantly. We now go to the other Gravity stands if the lines are more than a car deep.
Love Gravity coffee. The people are kind and they make a great vanilla chai tea. One barista had me try some honey in it and I've been hooked ever since.

Stopped by here for an Almond milk cappuccino, first time the foam didn’t come out the way I liked it, very thick micro-foam but girls offered I redo it. Came out perfect! Very good customer service & friendly baristas.
Great coffee and the employees are always friendly, fast and accurate. This is definitely my favorite place to get coffee! I like my coffee with a strong, bold, rich kick and this coffee hits all of that. Fabulous!

This has been my favorite coffee company for quite awhile but it's been disappointing lately. With the super high turnover rate, drinks not being made as delicious the last few days, removal of breakfast cookies from the menu, and my manager not receiving ANY customer service help regarding a gift card purchase issue, I am considering finding a new coffee place to frequent once my current gift card balance runs dry. Which is sad because I have been nearly daily to this location or the Redondo location for over a year now and I have raved about Gravity to so many people in the past.
I went to this place and got a couple of drinks. When I asked for a drink holder, because my cup holders are over sized and the drinks tend to spill, the girl lied and said they didn't have any. I could see them. Also the drinks were not marked. Poor business strategy.
