Gravenhurst Taxi

Great if you never want to get to your destination on time. So if you're jobless, no appointments or anything to do on that day and it doesn't matter what time you need to be anywhere. Give em a call. Unbelievable. 1 star since the drivers are generally nice

Picked us up at taboo, very fast, and took us to the Dock on the bay. Very prompt both to and from the restaurant. Staff also very personable. It was actually between shifts and they did their best to accommodate us.

Came into the wharf by boat . Boyfriend called and spoke to a female operator who had quite the attitude. We asked for ETA and she said "right away"... it wasn't. Got our cab about 10 mins later, drove 4 mins and back to a convenience store as requested, only to learn at the end of the trip they only accept cash?? Would have been nice to know as cottagers coming by boat with limited belongings (only a visa) .. driver said "I'm gonna be a nice guy and I'll drive you to the ATM" ... where we would pay for the trip AND get charged 20% for a cash advance... no thanks... beware!

I was looking into getting a simple quote of how much it would cost to go from north of Orillia to a location in Gravenhurst. The lady that answer the phone was very rude and it seems as though she was upset that I was calling her. I asked if she can put it in the GPS so that she can see my exact location but apparently this taxi company does not use GPS. She ended up hanging up the phone on me so I had to read it 1 star
