5 stars for my salesperson Pierre Mercier! He is the absolute best, very efficient and always available when you have any questions. I've done multiple purchases with him and always 100% satisfied. He's the main reason I stay with Toyota brand cars. Go see him, you won't regret!

We went on a Friday afternoon. They were polite and helpful. The communication during the days following as we reflected on our final decision was satisfactory. I was disappointed though that the vehicle we scheduled a few days ahead to come see was not ready for a test drive as the battery was dead. They offered us to replace the battery conditional on our offer to buy and for the offer to buy to be conditional on the test drive. I needed something simple and found something the next day at another dealer rather than waiting for the Monday to come back and test drive. We had already been searching for a few weeks with the date of my new job start approaching, hence my fatigue and unwillingness to wait until Monday. Under different circumstances, perhaps we would have made our purchase here. Also the caravan advertized having a DVD but it was not the integrated one, it was an aftermarket self installed one, which was not what I expected.

I have just purchased my 6th Toyota from Mr. Marco Lampron. I always keep returning as he is always helpful and patient. He explains everything in detail. Efficient and always returns your calls. He surely deserves 5 stars.

Impeccable service from Tony Ziccardi. Straight to the point and answered all my needs on my Highlander. Nothing complicated and out the door in two hours. Highly recommended. Lastly, Guylaine at reception was amazing and friendly.

I pre-ordered a corolla and the waiting time was 4 months but due to change of staff my order was forgoten and instead i waited 7 months, which was not great, but given the circumstances toyota gave me free winter tires which makes it up for the inconvenience. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 given that at least they were accountable for the mistake, but it is not a 5 star as it was not ideal waiting so long for such commercial car.

Worst than ever! I bought a used car on Jun 22nd at Gravel st-leonard Toyota. When I was going to pick the car, I found there were 2 tires older than the others2 tires from 2018, 2 tires from 2016. I thought those 2 from 2016 were too old to accept. So I asked my dealer if they can change those to newer ones. And he said yes after talking to his manager. Two weeks passed, they changed my tires on July8 and I was shocked to find that I got 4 tires changed from 2015even older than the previous I had. I tried to talk to service center and their manager, even when I asked to change the tires back, they told me to pay extra fee, so finally nothing was changed. I was very disappointed in their service.
