Best haircut I’ve had in a while! I highly recommend Karen. I decided to chop about six inches off of my hair and she not only made the process fun and stress-free, but also gave me exactly what I was looking for. Better than I had envisioned, actually! I sometimes dye my hair bright colors/get unconventional hair cuts, so grateful head is a fantastic salon for that though they also excel in more typical services, too. I love going to see Liz, she's very talented, and fun to chat with. She makes me feel very comfortable and I have loved everything she's done for me. The other staff at the salon are really friendly, and helpful, there's a great vibe at this salon. I've felt very glamorous after every appointment I have here. Highly recommend

Found this salon near my work and called to be matched up with a stylist according to what I wanted done. It being my first cut since having shaved my head, I wanted it to be perfect! The interior design and overall atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, and I felt relaxed immediately upon entering. I had a general vibe but not an exact idea of what I wanted for my hair. Over the phone, the receptionist paired me with Liz, who did an incredible job with my hair and truly took their time to make it beautiful! They really were a perfect match for me! I'm glad I allowed them to do whatever they thought were best, because it truly worked out incredibly well. I also took a look at their clothing and jewelery, and the receptionist again was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to try some things on which ended up fitting me perfectly...! I now have a beautiful cut, and a lovely dress to wear on Valentine's Day, and I am eternally "Grateful!" Had a great style experience at Grateful Head &Co! Interior design of salon is inspiring, staff is welcoming and very customer service oriented. The warm welcome at the reception desk starts everything off. My stylist, Liz, listened to my hair needs and confidently cut and styled my hair. I am really, really pleased! Very impressed. This is how you run a business and keep clients. The owner was so kind and bought all the clients iced coffees. And at the end of my color and cut I got a little 3 pack sample of Oribe products. Oh and of course I loved my hair! Will be going back.
