Grassmere Park Campgrounds

This place hands down is the most disgusting campground I've been to. The buildings are falling over and hadn't seen any form of maintenance since the 80's. The roads are nothing more then dirt and quickly turn to slim if it rains. The creek is just an above ground sewer with trash and debris lying around everywhere. There's definitely nothing to catch other then TB. This place honestly reminds me of the movie Deliverance! Any 4 or 5 star reviews have got to be a joke just to get you there. If you still decide to go make sure your tetnus shot is up to date.

Interesting spot that has tent camping, RV spots & semi-permanent campers/trailers. Despite the run down buildings & rusted out cars scattered amongst the property, we had a nice secluded spot for our tent with picnic tables and a fire ring. Staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were newly built and clean. Buy your firewood at the Red Rock Corner Store 5 mins down the road.

Made reservation for the the memorial day weekend. Tried to call to cancel due to the weather, No one replied but they still charged my card. I called again. No one answered or got back to me.

There's lots of wildlife to see and you can fish in the creek only with a 3 fish limit. Plus there's a basketball hoop and a pool table!

The hidden pristen trout stream at grassmere is a must do for real outdoorsman no bait. Water is very cold bring spare clothes
