One thing I absolutely LOVE about shopping here is the car shopping carts they have for kids. My son loves them! Good customer service. High prices but they have a good health food section.

After a long day of work I wanted to opt for a healthy choice for dinner and I love the fresh salads that Grants sells. That being said I was so disappointed in the service tonight. I stood and waited in front of the salad/deli area for well over 10 minutes in a completely dead store. There was a lady down at the other end of the deli and I've never seen an employee work so sluggish. The customer she was serving then walked behind the counter to her.. my mother and I both made eye contact with the employee 4-5 times without her even acknowledging we were there before she casually walked over and said "can I help you" and I asked for the salad what was sitting in the fridge. She replied with sorry this section is actually closed. Not only did I waste my time but I wasn't even able to get what I wanted, I'm not sure how that part can be closed while the rest of the deli is fully functional and people are buying stuff. But the biggest thing that threw me off is the amount of food which was sitting in the fridges that is supposed to be "fresh". She told me it was closed and the food is still sitting there and not just the salads, other food was all there so now I question how fresh this food actually is. If it's being carried over one day to the next is new product is just added to it? I'm so appalled, that Tim Hortons food is actually fresher...

It's a beautiful store, great staff. There are tons of organic and gluten free options. It is kind of pricey though.
