I was in the area for business and stayed Friday through Wednesday. I was unable to stay in the city where my business was being taken care of and this was the closest place to accommodate. The lobby was super clean and comfy. The breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold items available. The room was spacious- however it was painted with an interesting color scheme. Not my first preference choice- but hey- it's just paint. The staff was personable and helpful with things in the area. I would recommend this place as it is very reasonable and clean. Looking at other reviews- they must be changing things and cleaning it up, because I did not experience any of it except the hot tub was down. The reason I was given was a bad part that they were waiting on however, the pool was very clean and nice to relax in. They even have a meeting room that guests can use at any time if there is a larger gathering of people (family). All in all, it was a great experience and one that I would recommend to others in a heart beat.

Hotel had to find a room for us because the room intended for us they found "not good things". They then tried to get us into another room, but it had a broken hide-a-bed. Final room was clean, but had threadbare/frayed towels. Fast forward to the morning. Keycard stopped working (it happens). Rang bell at front desk and no one showed up, called main number and finally a housekeeper came and sorted out the keycard. Found out that there was no one staffed at the front desk as an employee had not showed up. Another guest said they had to switch rooms due to housekeeping/cleanliness 2 times. I would except this behaviour at a budget (read roach) hotel.

Simply amazing Hotel! Hot-tub doesn't work ATM but it's getting repaired. Highly recommend room 221!!! Large king bed pull out couch spa and fireplace

The hotel itself was not bad -- spacious enough and decently clean. We didn't check out the pool area at all, but the breakfast was pretty good. However, we didn't get great customer service at the front desk. It took 15+ minutes to get checked in, which seemed to be the norm because that's how long we waited for the party in front of us to check in, too. We booked and paid for a room with two queen beds but ended up with a king bed and a pull-out couch (with a very thin mattress, maybe 3 inches). When we called down to ask for bedding for the pull-out, we ended up waiting for another half an hour before just going down and getting the bedding ourselves from the front desk. We we're glad we only stayed one night.
