If you are fortunate to have..or can get..a family doctor at this clinic you're in the best of hands. We have had our family doctor, Dr. Zalasky, for 22 years. He is the absolute best. X-ray and pharmacy also at this premise.
Went in after calling and specifically telling them over the phone that I required a form to be filled out so I could return to work. Asked if there would be a charge and I was told they do not charge. Upon leaving. They hit me with a 60$ bill.
Excellent service
Not happy with the booking at the moment. Staff was rude. Not sure message was even passed to my physician as i haven't had response.
