Grande Mere Inn

My husband is a travel nurse and we found this place through an employee at Baroda founders winery. We always sit at the bar and Sally is the best at the bar! She always remembers our names, is so friendly and courteous. The food , especially walleye and perch, are excellent. If you've never been there, please check it out. We will miss the place so much when we return to Georgia! ! D . Thompson

What an absolutely amazing place! The food was outstanding. We had our family of 9 in town and all ordered different items. Everything was great. Our server Kailee was wonderful as she managed all our needs! The restaurant itself was clean and very inviting. The manager who sat us very gracious to our “special needs” and they were packed!! That’s when you know how good a place is when they can manage all those meals and people seamlessly. Will return absolutely. Made my husbands birthday 🎂 even more special ❤️👏🏽🎁🎅🏼💪🏽🍻🍗🐶

The food was excellent. We sat in the bar area, but the atmosphere is better with a nice view of Lake Michigan in the dining area. Couldn't complain about any aspect of the visit.

Grouper was excellent service very good despite the fact that the waitress had a large party 12/14 people to contend with plus a four top. Kudos to the waitress.

One of only a few great dinner restaurants in southwest Michigan. The setting is elegant, gorgeous, and cozy. The food is outstanding (get the crab legs or ribs!). The wait staff is extremely attentive. Great place for celebrating a special occasion, and they'll go the extra mile to help you celebrate.
