Grand Valley Finance

Have had trouble with them for 3 years. They talk to you like you're absolutely stupid and know nothing. They constantly will debate you on things that aren't true, probably because students work there and don't know much. The higher ups are OK but still are rude. Told my parents to call and they did, saying to me how nice they were and helpful, same scenario with my girlfriend and roommate. They for some reason talk to the parents eloquently but not the students, probably because they realize parents have all the money. But in the end you have to deal with them because they handle all your money. Sigh.

The staff here is mostly students or recent graduates but they are very knowledgeable and have always been able to help with the scholarships and other financial matters I had in my time at GVSU.

Great service every time I call and have a question. If they don't know the answer, they find someone that does instead of blowing me off.
