Met with Dr. Slikkers, and he proceeded to verify through many other resources to avoid surgery. It was the first time I've been to a surgeon who didn't demand we operate immediately. Unfortunately for me, after exhausting all options we had to go through with the surgery. If you want someone to help walk you through your illness, take the time to make sure you understand everything, and want expert care that involves taking the extra time to exhaust options, then come here! It was worth the months of waiting and testing to make sure that we weren't missing something. Top notch service in Traverse City isn't hard to find, come to Grand Traverse Surgery!

Had two major surgeries with Ashley Sachtleben. She is compassionate and listens well to her patients. She is more than competent. I highly recommend her.
