What an absolutely wonderful experience! This is my third dinner cruise with them and it seems to get better each time. The bookings are done very efficiently online and they're able to make last minute changes without a problem. Our captain was a very friendly and knowledgeable person who gave us the history as we cruised along the river. The roast beef was second to none. They also sang us happy birthday as this was what I was celebrating along with my mother. Highly recommended!
Excellent service and a unique experience. Andrea, Jill and Captain Emily were great. Information on the trip was informative and not overwhelming to interrupt lunch. Salad and dessert was excellent. The chicken and roast beef was good, but a bit dry and not hot. This is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars. However, given the meal is cooked before the cruise leaves and not on the boat, this is not a surprise. Scenery was pretty, however there are no spectacular sights on the river. The service and atmosphere for lunch is definitely the best part of this cruise. Will definitely return.
Such a fantastic evening. The service was great, the tour and Captain kept us busy with landmarks and facts. The music was great. The food wasn't great but it was fine. Dessert was really good. It was a really relaxing tour.
My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary aboard the Princess . As for the dinner side of things it began with a platter of crackers,nachos , salsa and cheese spread . Then came the garden salad with your choice of 3 or maybe 4 dressings and a large bun of homemade bread , which came in handy later for cleaning up your plate from the roast beef dinner . The beef was easily cut with our butter knife , tender and delicious . I had the strawberry shortcake while my wife had the apple crumble for dessert , both were tasty . Now for the cruise side of things . We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful summer evening easing along up and down the Grand River and met some friendly fellow passengers and equally friendly crew and staff . We even learned some interesting history and facts about the area . It was an all around five star occasion which I would do again !

Great place to celebrate a birthday. Captain Eva, and servers Donny and Matt were awesome. The food was exceptiomal-nachos and salsa to start, cocktails, salad, chicken or beef with mashed potatoes and green beans, followed by brownie, strawberry shortcake or apple crumble. Get a big group in there, and it's a fun party cruising down the river.
We had a fantastic boat cruise and an excellent meal. It was a very relaxing and wonderful day. The crew were exceptional and our captain was great. Have done this before and would do it again.
We did the dinner cruise. The staff was very friendly and the views were excellent, but the boat is old, and hardly a nice place for a dinner. The food was basically airplane food. The "steak" was a rubbery roast beef. If the tickets hadn't cost so much this would have been fine, but at $125 per person, it was disappointing.
Food was cooked well, though little bland. Service and hospitality was superb! Such an enjoyable time start to finish!
Over the years have really enjoyed having lunch and a cruise. So peaceful, relaxing and delicious food. Definitely recommend to others! Excited to go again! Just went on the dinner cruise again Aug 15th and it was so relaxing, meal was delicious, the service was fantastic and everyone was friendly!
