Purchasing from Grand Portage was an absolute breeze. I was a unique case where I was purchasing from out of province and having the vehicle shipped. My initial worries were quickly put to rest upon connecting with Felix. He was incredibly accommodating and I received 100% transparency. He was very friendly and helpful; answered all my pestering questions, sent multiple detailed 4k videos of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting and never broke contact until the car landed in my possession and I was happy. The individuals at Grand Portage are A1 and I would buy from them with complete confidence once again. Compared to my previous dealer experiences, this one easily takes the cake. I got a crazy deal on a gti. They lost money on that car I'm sure. Even if they did not had to, they put new tires on it, just so it would meet their standards. They are professionals and a pleasure to deal with. Best dealership experience I ever had.
