Honestly I loved the place, I loved the landlord and the neighbours. BUT. We had just been evicted as of today, the property manager claims we didn't pay . they took our check, cashed it, then returned it. I have recipts proving I paid and they just dissmised me. If yours looking for a place to live I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Unless you want to end up homeless and out of money.

Terrible service won't return your calls or messages for weeks get late rent fees because they don't ever answer or play there messages worse place ever

Eh, when I went there one of the receptionists was very abrasive and condescending. She was very cold when I asked her for some general information pertaining to the qualification standards and dismissed me once I asked. Instead of having any substance to a conversation, I was left with aversive and dodgy manners. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation that I could extract any useful information without being deferred or told to wait for questions that were elementary (as she conveyed to me). My case worker 'forgot' to send in my verification for a voucher which put a damper on the process and put be in a worse-off position in line. It was alarming to say the least because I was planning on quick approval because I met all the qualifications. Obviously, there is not a substitute in town for the service they offer, but that doesn't mean that they should be allowed to treat the people who come in as low-life and degenerates.
