I have been coming to this location since childhood and with the addition of a walking bridge that takes you down to the marina waterfront, it makes this more desirable to visit. Historical marker is located here and the view to Port Gardner Bay and Hat island are outstanding! FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world
Very nice place to have a walk , go down the docks & waterfront. There's only roadside parking in front of the park , but there's more parking downstairs. There's a marketplace below the park with few shops & restaurants. This place is lively in spring .
They recently added bark and did a ton of clipping with the plants and trees. Looks great. Very clean! Dog loves walks here!
Great park on a small hill overlooking the Possession Sound and Everett Marina. The park is a strip of green space of three blocks long and a paved path running through it. At one end is the Grand Avenue Park Bridge that takes you to the marina and waterfront.
Beautiful view of the Everett Marina and the Puget Sound. Good place to watch the sunset for sure. Lots of benches you can sit on. I absolutely love this place as you can access the marina for a nice walk and fresh air!
This isn't necessarily a park for play but the views are phenomenal and the setting is very peaceful. I love coming here to think or walk; sometimes both. The new bridge takes you right to the restaurants at the waterfront. This is a great hassle free, romantic little spot or a nice way to decompress.
Great views of the weather front, some small history pieces, spaces out bench areas, great Pokémon Go stops all along, historical architecture in the neighborhood and a recently updated waterfront area that’s really modern and welcoming.
there isn't much to do, but It does have a beautiful view and some nice benches! as well as a paved trail to walk.
The view is incredible. It's in a part of town that the crime isn't really an issue. One of my favorite parks. Would love the addition of a swing set or rocking benches. The new bridge to the waterfront is spectacular.
A nice walk along the park, then across the pedestrian bridge to the waterfront. The bridge zig zags and you can look down at trains. On the waterfront end there is an elevator or stairs to ground level. Our dog always meets nice other dogs. Restrooms: There are restrooms on the waterfront, but not at the park. Dog-friendliness: People are good with leashes and some dogs are not to be greeted...some are. Picnic area: The park has benches and a couple of picnic tables....overlooking the marina.
