The last couple of months, looks there is only one person answering the phone and for technical support it took them couple of days to get back to you!who needs that help, when your door bell or camera doesn’t working & u need to fix it right away! Previously you could talk to support team whenever you call to resolve your issues!
Service was quick and easy. Installer came within time frame and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Alarm system is easy to use and manage.
Excellent service. Sudi has is an expert with great customer service skills. My home alarm system was giving me a lot of errors and issues however with their phone support they were able to guide through the process with ease and professionalism! Highly recommended!
