Parking needs to be clearer on where you can and cant park it’s ridiculous how i got a 45$ticket for parking for 30min in a spot where aparently you need a pass to park your already going to the court house for something shitty why make my day worse for your financial benefit
Went to get certified copies of birth certificates for my citizen documents. The staff are so incompetent, not only did they not have a clue what they were supposed to do - but they did everything wrong.nI wonder if it was on purpose.nDo not trust this place to properly manage your documents. They are poorly trained, uneducated, and a waste of government funding.nMaybe if they could take a break from eating all day to do their jobs, they wouldn't be so painfully incompetent.nSo, a big THANK YOU to the failures at the Granby courthouse for making the USA look like an efficient machine as opposed to lunch break on the short bus.
My review doesn't concern court appearances, but rather the services available at the courthouse. It's not large and very busy, but it's useful.nYou can easily park for free in the lot or near the courthouse. There's no place to eat, but there are clean restrooms.nnThere's a Service Québec office inside the building where you can freely use the internet for your research and print documents if needed. If you need help, staff are available to assist you. The services aren't just for social assistance. And there's a fax service, which is becoming increasingly rare in the region. It's free.nnThere's also an IVAC office that's easily accessible and helpful. You can easily find the document or information you're looking for. Even though the staff can't provide legal advice, they are very available and approachable for various topics.
Very friendly people, I went to certify Xerox copies and the commissioner of oaths was absolutely polite and professional. They did everything quickly and with the utmost care of the customers. Thank you so much.
Incompetence and misinformation from three different clerks. They can no longer accept an appeal because the individual's address is outside the Granby district. They suggest going to the individual's city. Zero convenience and efficiency in processing appeals.
