The place is perfect. A privately owned business with a personal touch. Great prices and the owner is willing to go above and beyond to help you out. There is also a great cyber cafe for those without internet.

Terrible service. Horrible production time. Laughing in a customers face over a disagreement. Unable to provide the services agreed on. Generally low quality images. I'd highly suggest finding any other professional in the lower mainland. This place is a joke and the service is bad. 3 months for prints to made. Don't go here.

Sean is absolutely stellar in service and skills to get the best out of the designs that we send him. He is always timely and never balks at doing multiple proofs with very minor corrections before everything is just right for a large batch. The location also feels very local and not some faceless corporation. Thank you !
