Delicious ice cream in a beautiful place. Samantha at the ice cream counter was very friendly even though it was busy. We have been here several times. but this time the staff at the Chocolate counter was not attentive. When it comes to my wife’s turn, the staff just left to help ice cream ignoring her! My wife said, “excuse me.” She didn’t hear… We left disappointed!
Delicious chocolates, ice cream, fudge, truffles, etc…many thing things to choose from. Service is great too! Their sundaes are delicious and huge as well.

Grahams has the best ice cream, sorbet & chocolate anywhere!! Also, the staff is so kind & helpful & it's so cool to watch the candy being made in the front window. My grandchildren absolutely love coming to Grahams!
I came here to check out the local Geneva downtown and had lots of fun. We did not plan the outing and we stop by the ice shop. I was amazed at the quality of ice cream and it was very tasty chocolate ice cream with chocolate cover waffle cone with nuts. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested and looking to trying out some ice cream. I will have to try out some of the chocolates.
Went there for icecream and changed our mind to pick some chocolates instead. Picked some English Toffee and Caramel nutty Pretzel rod. Tasty - salt and sweet. It was good but not the best toffee I had.
Graham’s is the real deal - the chocolate is truly amazing. I’m not a foody either - I’m a chocolate lover - and Graham’s is the best I’ve ever had. I had low expectations when going here - the service and shop itself were both fine - but nothing commensurate with the world-class confections. I strongly recommend this place!
Awesome chocolate and Gelato. Stopped by after dinner. The chocolate orange and lemon peels were great and the raspberry Gelato was refreshing on a hot day. Definitely worth the calories. Stop by if you're in the area!
This was our 1st time here! I was in heaven with all the chocolate. My husband loved the ice cream! What a cute little shop! We plan on bringing our granddaughter here when the weather gets warmer.
Nestled in a house front on 3rd Street, Graham's has become one of our favorite chocolatier. It's a wonderful chocolate and ice cream shop. Graham's has a lovely assortment of both milk, dark chocolates and ice creams. Graham's specialty chocolates with a variety of flavors make shopping for all ages lots of fun. It is easy to spend a pretty penny here, but these delectable treats are well worth the price. Helpful, knowledgeable service and wonderful products!
