I haven't been in this store since it was True Value, I stopped in today to get a plug and air-filter for my Stihl leaf blower as they are an authorized Stihl distributor. I thought the convenience of walking in and getting my parts quickly was worth the extra cost these small hardware stores charge. Well after a half an hour of standing around the guy not only couldn't sell me the basic tune up parts I needed, he wasn't able to look up the parts at all and I was told "sorry about that" ...... Really?? You won't see me again.

Been going to this location since it was True Value. Went in to buy a chainsaw and connected with a gentleman named Michael who helped guide me into the correct saw. Ended buying a stihl 181 c-be. Long story short. One negative experience posted below does not reflect the stores general operations. Go see for yourself and make you own judgement call. 5/5 for me 10/23/2016 visit.

Great customer service and I love the location. The employees here are always polite and eager to help you find what you need. I've been in the store plenty of times and never had a bad experience.

Had my snow blower picked up to have some work done, got it back and it didn't appear that any of what I wanted done actually got done. I called them back and expressed my concern and they schedule a time to come back and recheck my snow blower again. Had a 3:30 appointment. After waiting until 5:30 and no one came I called and talked to a manager. He said he was not told that someone was to come out and take another look at my blower. He didn't try to make any suggestions as to what had happened, he just kept saying no one told him about it. So I finally told the manager I would be taking my business some place else. Very disappointed in the customer service and how they stand behind there work.
