The guy who said they were bad owns his own tutoring service and is in competition with them so he uses dirty tactics to talk these guys down. I've been coming to them for a little while now and they have seriously helped me get through some tough courses. I highly recommend. A big thanks to Chet and the whole team!
Awesome tutoring service. Extremely helpful for students who attend class to supplement your notes and knowledge, and those who don't attend class. Was at a D in ENGR 251 last semester after the midterm and ended up with a B+ after going to the final crash. You will still have to work hard but I'd say it's worth it.
I went there for Math 204 Crash Cours which solve past finals. I went to the last session. The tutoring was awesome and the way Chet solve problems was great. I was happy that I paid for this service.
Really did save my grades :D really good tutoring service that breaks things down simply to understand. They know the tests and types your school uses and attack it in a smart way. It is also decently priced for around 10$ per hour of crash courses. The only sad part is that they only have a small range of classes.

Quality Teaching, but most of the time class is cancelled due to less then 10 students. I have taken 2 classes with them so far, was not a bad experience
I’ve taken their crash courses before my final and they are seriously helpful. They explain those difficult things so well, a D- can become a C+. The prices are good too! I recommend it to anyone struggling with those pre-reqs since it will definitely be better than studying alone :
