They took three day to fix my van that broke down near Virgil. And completely ignore a major safety aspect of a repair job that required work on the electrical system. Safety check before returning my van to me. I drove of not knowing I had no working headlights or signal lights.

I heard through word of mouth that Gould Automotive is the best kept secret in town,,I will have to say that they are right. They are kind,courteous,professional and fair. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.
