A must try bubble tea place that has fruit based tapioca or bubbles that don’t stick to your tooth and a great combo to fizz with bubble tea flavoured naturally and amazing color I had been there with a friend to just taste it and ended up buying 2-3 of it .. I tried the peach soda tea and the blueberry lime soda tea which both tasted amazing. Definitely recommend you to not to add extra sugar as it is naturally sweet cuz of the sweetener they add in the beginning. Interiors are cute and nice to hang out with 4-5 of friends. Overall amazing place/ 4-5
Wonderful Milk Tea shop, with freshly made tea and loads of choices. The best part is choosing the sugar from 0%, 30%, 50% and more! Friendly environment outside and inside. I am so happy to find a high-quality milk tea shop in Oakville!
It's nice to have a new place to get bubble tea! I want to welcome Gotcha to Oakville and we look forward to visiting a lot!. My teens and I agreed that the beverages at Gotcha are better than our old place. There is so much to explore on their menu. I'm very intrigued about the fact that they "farm their own tea". And, its an added bonus that the owner and staff are so friendly and pleasant. Gotcha is our new fav!
Great new bubble tea shop in Oakville. I ordered a mango slush and really enjoyed it. I also like how you can adjust the ice and sugar levels for all the drinks, I usually don’t like very sugary drinks. The team here is very friendly and welcoming, I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
Let me tell you, Gotcha Bubble Tea GOT ME GOOD!! I told my friends and family about this place because it’s my favourite spot to get bubble tea. Owner and staff are extremely kind and helpful. You’re sure to walk out of there with a smile. There’s a wide selection of drinks to choose from - you’re certain to find something that makes your taste buds dance like adding popping boba. I love trying a new drink each time I come here. Not in the mood for a drink? TRY THEIR FRESH WAFFLES!! Fresh fruit and whipped cream on top…it’s heaven
We ordered Creme Brulee Brown Sugar bubble tea and Peach Green tea on Door dash today from here. Both of them were very well made, like, sooo good. I loved it. The Creme Brulee was . Peach Green tea was superb as well. Very refreshing. I had issues ordering on Door dash, but, I don't think that was the store's issue unless the wifi is super dooper bad. Maybe you guys can give feedback to Door dash for being so slow and crashing all the time. Thanks!
Loved the drink. Too bad the iced cream machine was broken when I came by - I really wanted to try out the waffle with iced cream. Hopefully I get a chance to try it next time.
Me and my friend ordered through Uber today, both were too sweet for us. I got the Tiramisu while my friend had the charcoal. Even though we both chose 70% less sugar, the milk tea itself tasted really sweet, just like 100% sugar. Not sure what has happened to cause this issue but I'm not satisfied with the products. Hope Gotcha to check their tea and the amount of sugar that the staff had put in.
Ordered here a few times as I work across the plaza, the drink are always tasty and made well. The tapioca is always cooked well, not too mushy or overalls hard and the flavour is just sweet enough. I am a little bummed they don’t have my usual honeydew slush but everything is so good it’s not that much of a problem.
The app is a bit confusing as there should be descriptions to each individual drink and what comes with it ie boba already included Prices are decent. Service time is a bit slow but store is clean and staff are always welcoming. I do like you can choose your sweetness and ice amounts but find even ordering 0% sugar the drinks are still VERY sweet- I know there is a bit of sweetness coming from the boba and possibly from the fresh milk mix that they use. Waffles are great. Restrooms are clean, and plenty parking right out front.
