A family member had a court case represented by the firm. A representative of the firm had the court throw the case out. Seriously?! Thrown out because he deemed it "too hard of a case" to do . What kind of professionalism is that. You're there to assist and help your clientele no matter how difficult a case may or may not be. I would expected a little more eagerness and willingness to do what's right and get justice for your client. The other party in the case is one of the worst retirement center in the state. Their history proves it,, but yet your firm chicked out. Terrible.
