I was In a hit and run accident. Lee handled the repairs. He was amazing because it was a new vehicle and I was upset. He made sure I knew I was in good hands and kept me updated all through the process. The car looks fantastic inside and out and runs like a dream. As for my family Carstar will always be our go to service!
My first experience with Goodwrench was in 2019. My friend's husband works there as a mechanic, and she recommended Goodwrench to me. They took really good care of our car. They kept us informed and up to date on all progress and repairs. We were out of town during the repair, and we felt comfortable leaving our car in the hands of Goodwrench. My second experience with Goodwrench was in March. I was involved in a collision where the driver side of our car was damaged, and it caused some shifting to happen on the left side of the car. I scheduled an appointment. Check in was really easy. I had set up a rental with the Enterprise that's closest to Goodwrench. I love that I could leave my car with Goodwrench and get a ride to Enterprise through an amazing service that the two companies have. It took about 11 days for the repairs to be completed. The side of the car that has been repaired looks brand spanking new. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I'm hoping to do business with them again hopefully not due to a collision next time!
Called to schedule an appointment for estimate. The woman named Christine put me on hold for 15 minutes. Who would give them a good review for good service? They can’t get the basic right.Service: Painting
Initially told repairs would take 7 days. I had to keep calling for updates on delivery of my car once it passed the 7 days. I Kept being told it would be finished in a few more days due to additional work on the roof of my car. The 7 days turned into 21 days with more excuses of " READY TOMORROW ", I'll call you when it's ready. This was already a stressful ordeal having my new car damaged, and dealing with the repairs. I glad it's finally done.Services: Painting
Need more attention to detail, they missed an access panel, and fender clips. Also the exhaust pipe was rubbing on the tire. Quality control could be a little better.
Had to get my passenger door side fixed as it was dented. Called my insurance and they recommended a few places. After reviewing some comments I went with them and extremely glad I did. Called the shop and spoke with Theresa, she assisted with scheduling and getting connected with Jeremiah. What a pleasure working with him throughout and he was very professional, helpful and super kind in helping with the estimated cost of what my insurance would be and how long I needed to rent a car until my car was fixed. Great service there and always a pleasure. Highly recommend services from here and will bring my car back again if I ever need anything. Thank You for the wonderful service.Service: Body & Trim
The work is good. I'm happy with the finished product. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the guy I talked with told me they've have my car fixed in a week and a half. But over 2 weeks went by without them doing anything because they didn't have the right parts for my car. It would've been nice of them to just give me my car back for those 2 weeks while we waited for the parts to ship. Communication is key!Service: Body & Trim
the job was ok but I will never bring my cars here again. it took a month to actally take the car in understandable I guess but then it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I was told that it was going to take 2 weeks. I had to be calling after the 2 weeks to get updates but estimator will never answer Jeremiah. he will call me later with false dates and times for the job to be done. I had to re arrange rental and work days. not professional at all. when money is given directly to the shops in advance by insurances, we clients are not taken serious.Service: Painting
This place was amazing! They had great communication with me, helped communicate with the insurance agent for me, and always returned calls in a timely manner. I worked with Jeremiah and he was so polite and helpful! My car was also finished within three days, when they had estimated a week. Amazing!Services: Painting
