Goodness Me is great to shop at, it's large with lots of food and beverage options and friendly staff. Thankfully there's even washrooms too!
Lots of vegan items here including some harder to find things like Middleton’s seitan ribs, Save da Sea plant based salmon, and Le Grand cheese spreads. They have a chickenless pot pie at the moment and some vegan egg nog drinks. Vegan chili and some vegan ice cream too. Clean store, nice staff.
I come in on an almost daily basis to get something for lunch or to save it for a late dinner after my workouts. As an ultramarathon runner who loves to eat, the food in the self-serve kitchen area at the back is so good! I love the vegetarian tofu bowl, and the tomato & mozzarella flatbreads are delicious as well. Very friendly staff throughout the store and you never have to wait long at the cash.
Excellent lunch options at this place. Freshly made chicken noodle soup, beef chili, pastas, roast chicken, etc.nnStore has a lovely sit-down area to take a break and enjoy lunch.
Good location, not busy and appears to restock supplies on regular bases. Staff within the nutrition section is very knowledgable and informative. At the time of purchase, the store doesn't have the supplement in stock however they were able to order in the product the following day. Great customer service.
