Clean gym, equipment is well placed, lots of Cardio machines. Paper towel/spray is always stocked. Great experience so far compared to other GoodLife locations I’ve attended. I wish they were open later, though!

Had a hard time getting in as a member from out of province. Spent ~15 minutes albeit with a very nice employee from sackville on the phone to get in the gym. No towel service, the free weight area is very dark, and No oly lifting platforms. Otherwise, the gym is quite clean and bright outside of the small free weight area
Dark and dreary, like most GoodLife gyms in the province. I asked for a towel but the employee didn't seem to know if they had towel service or not. Much like the New Glasgow location. This place is only a good spot for a quick stop to get in and get out.
open 24 hrs means you can enter the club any day anytime : It is STAFFED Mon-Thur 7am-8pm Fri 7-4:30 & Sat 9-12 noon Sun Unstaffed. N.S has the age of majority set as 18 so if you are under 18, legally you can't be in the club when it is not staffed , sucks but that is N.S. law
This place has everything you could ask for. There's something for everybody: structured activity as well as the ability to free roamusing the new equipment. The staff are friendly and eager to help in whatever way they can to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.
The staff Is not helpful. A few times I asked for help. Amd was shut down by a sarcastic awnser. Recently when I resigned up I was told there we measures in place to help manage the contract. Such as THEY would help find and pass on someone to give my membership to. And they had "holds" at a reduced cost. When I went to use one of these I was told . HA NOPE. I recently went to get my membership canceled because the other local gym in only a fee dollars more and you get access to SO much more! Everything that Goodlife has is offered. Plus! You get the Rockwall, pool,skating, there is even a canteen to buy health food and protein smoothies there for crying out loud! I will never suggest a friend to go to Good Life again.
Has a great range of equipment and they offer a decently private experience
No towels, broken showers, no classes from what I understand. The staff is great, but the higher ups have obviously been cutting corners wherever they can.
