I think this is an exceptional facility with lots of variety in free weights, cardio equipment, yoga and spin studios, and weight machines with a huge amount of space to work out in.nnThe parking at this east side location is good and free.nnThe staff are consistently friendly and helpful.nnIf you decide to go with a trainer, I would recommend Ellen Bearss, who is trained and skilled in both physiotherapy and exercise science.nnShe knows her stuff very well, and is very personable.nnI highly recommend her for people with long standing sports injuries and arthritis like me who want to learn new approaches that will take you to the next level while respecting your existing injuries.nnI think she would also be perfect for a person who wants to start off training with weights with the right techniques so you don't hurt yourself.
Joining GoodLife fitness has been a great decision, and training with Mani has made it even better. The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, motivating atmosphere.nMani is extremely knowledgeable, patient and supportive. He always explains proper form, corrects posture, and the purpose behind each exercise, which has made a huge difference in my progress. Thanks to his guidance, I feel stronger, more confident and more focused on my fitness goals.
Great gym with amazing facilities. Have been training here for over 3 months now and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. My trainer Jimmy is doing a phenomenal job so far as I have had great results under his training. Will certainly recommend this location.

I have been working out with Jimmy as my personal trainer for the last 4 months and I 10/10 recommend! He is very professional and listens to my concerns/ tailors my workouts accordingly. He pushes me to work hard during my workouts while also making them enjoyable, and I am definitely starting to see changes in my strength and physique! Although I complain during the workouts LOL, Jimmy is determined and keeps me motivated to help me achieve the physical goals I have set for myself! Keep up the GREAT work Jimmy!
