Very clean gym! Has a lot of machine options and for the ladies, there is a hip thrust machine which is not available at the Burnside location.
I’ve been working with Shae as my personal trainer for the past five months, and it’s been an incredible experience. She genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and is always attentive and supportive. Shae goes above and beyond to make sure you stay on track and reach your goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivating trainer.nThanks Shae :
Elena and Tatiana are some of the best, cheerful and helpful employees I have ever had the pleasure to see on a regular basis. 10/10 would recommend this gym just to be greeted by them.nnAnd Leo is a chill guy I guess.
The atmosphere is really really terrible, there’s no gender neutral bathrooms, the front desk management kicked me out just because I tried talking to a personal trainer who happened to be too busy at the time to chat back. The zero tolerance policy’s are a real pain, and the management is truly rotten to a T.
What a drop off in a short period of time. Post covid, Penhorn now easily has the worst gym etiquette, most of the GL policies aren't enforced, I feel bad for the original staff who have stuck around. Equipment maintenance and wifi are worse than Fit4Less somehow, and the service level as well, not sure why Goodlife is considered a premium option when it's beat on every metric at a lower price point.nnI'd one star them, but there's still a couple of staff who try extremely hard and I feel for them.
