A great example of what a gym should be !! I was just in town for a little over 2 weeks and had steeled myself for a stiff membership charge. Instead it was a fantastic $14 for 14 days!! Great range of good aerobic equipment such as treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, etc. Plenty of free weights and space to use them. An amazing facility with minimal user pressure so never had to wait for equipment but enough traffic that you don't to be the only one working out. Always a friendly "Hello!" when scanning in at the front desk and great helpful people like Leo and Briana ( among all the good people there). Always willing to give help and answer questions on exercises or routines. Highly recommended if you are in town, even for a short time.

The fact that they gave me a gym bag when I signed up for a membership makes GoodLife the best gym ever.

I've been going here regularly for 8 months and am enjoying it. I like the interior design which makes it pleasant to be in. The instructor for the early morning fitness class is very good. I never have to wait to use the elliptical machine. The only thing I didn't like was the elaborate sign-up process

Antigonish staff is amazing. They top other locations across Canada. Great service and clean gym!

Great workout place slow until students come back next month then look out trying to,get a workout in.
