I absolutely love this gym! nIt has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super kind, friendly, and always greet you with a smile that instantly makes your day better. The equipment and facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-organized no matter what time you come in. On top of that, they offer amazing classes that are both fun and motivating. Honestly, it’s a place where you feel comfortable, inspired, and excited to keep coming back!
I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine “Jazz” when I first joined the gym. Although I was initially uncertain about the environment, I felt warmly welcomed, valued, and cared for within the first five minutes of my arrival. While everyone was friendly, Jasmine's sincerity in our conversations made a significant impact, as she genuinely invested in my health and fitness journey. From the fitness Manager to the cleaning staff - everyone gave a warm welcome and seemed approachable for any assistance.nnThe gym was impeccably clean, and I really appreciated having the option to work out in the women's center. It features a hot yoga studio and several areas that allow for personal space and individual routines, which is quite rare these days.nnOverall, it’s a fantastic gym with a wonderful experience, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the GoodLife community again.
This is a really good location , they have a massive variety of equipment, and a sunna that is actually hot. The vibe is relaxed and location is perfect with the mall in the same complex. Only downside is being connected to the mall parking can be problematic
Wanted to share a review of the club but specifically, Jazz, from the front desk/management crew. I signed my children up for the teen fitness program for the summer and Jazz went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable, welcomed and valued. She truly cares about the members, young and old. I truly appreciate her energy and efforts.
Old guy wearing mask at the front desk was very rude to me. Not sure if he's just having a bad day. His demeanor towards me was very unwelcoming and hostile right when I entered the gym. Not really great experience when for no reason, you are treated poorly especially in a place you go to for relaxation.
