There is a person named Mavis, whom I believe manages or owns this store. She wasn't only rude, short on the phone and dismissive but she then cut me off mid speech after asking me to explain our business and hung up on me. Her level of professionalism is atrocious and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with her. Good luck!
It's funny how people are... Mavis answers the phone and in the midle of telling her that I am a "consignment virgin" and am looking for information she says: let me stop you right there and goes on to tell me that basically she is not interested in my clothing as no one wants what I have to offer sight unseen. She referred me elsewhere where they are not as "fussy" as she is LOL! If you are shoppers or have clothing to sell, perhaps consider a shop where you will not be "talked down to" by someone who feels she is better than you.
Hope people realize any of the negative reviews are from rejected consigners ; This place has been nothing but friendly and welcoming as a shopper. I'm glad they are selective and discerning in the pieces they choose to carry - the collection is beautifully curated and there are some real treasures to be found.
I have to agree with many other customers who took the time to write a review. The staff was rude and unwelcoming from the minute I walked in the door. As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with a “Who are you? as she looked down her nose at me. Wow.
Been saying I should go here forever and I'm glad I finally did. This place definitely feels more like a boutique and has a very calming vibe. They have good selection, good layout and their prices are fair as well. The lady running the store was the sweetest, and they have a loyalty program. Would recommend.
Have been wanting to go shop here for a long time. I decided to take a bunch of clothes I have which include anything from Jones New York, Tommy Hilfiger, Club Monaco and Kenneth Cole among others. I also have less costly items such as Joe Fresh and Gap which may not have been what they were looking for. But the minute I walked in I was told it’s appointment only and when I said that I didn’t know and I couldn’t find anything on the process online I was given the reply “well you would be able to find our phone number online.” I felt quite judged and thought that even if I needed an appointment, the lady could have arranged one for me at another time but instead I was told she is not interested and was quite dismissive. She asked specifics about what I had but wasn’t offering to look through even though nobody else was in the store. They may have nice clothes but I won’t return to look around based on the poor service and attitude.
Hi, I had moved into the general area almost two years ago now. I remember when I walked in, it was like I was traveling back in time to when a shopping experience was like an event. I spoke to the store owner, Mavis. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely personable. And very very kind. Smiling the entire time. We talked about her store, how long she'd been there, and if she enjoyed her job there. All were such positive stories. I was in the store for about 30- 45 minutes talking, looking, and it really felt like she was interested more in me as a person, as a friend almost, and not just if I was interested in purchasing something. Although, I'm sure being a store owner it's part of the job! When I left, she waved and anticipated that I would come back as I said that I would as I was leaving the store. Sadly, I've not been able to go back recently. Due to health reasons. I make sure, I tell everyone about this place though. Best shopping experience you'll ever have looking for your own "Good Stuff" Cheers!
I had been wanting to visit this store many times in the past, but I always had my kids with me. I finally had a moment to myself and I drove straight there. My experience exceeded my expectations. It is obvious that great care goes into the owner choosing what she will carry in her shop. All items are in excellent condition, and the store looks more like a boutique than a consignment shop. It was pleasant to browse through everything and it didn’t feel chaotic. I found several pieces that I loved in my size, and three days later I am still excited about my purchases. I cannot wait to go back!

Hands down the best consignment store I've been to in a long time! Racks are not crowded, all product is well organized, change rooms are private clean and well lit with a mirror in each one. The staff are friendly and helpful. All of the products are in some of the best conditions I have seen in a consignment store. I found some really amazing finds and will 100% be back there soon!!
