Good Shepherd School (K-8)

Good Shepherd is an amazing school and environment! We have 2 children attending and I would not hesitate to recommend this school to anybody. My kids are happy, safe and getting a top notch education! The teachers and admin are extremely responsive. We have a public school that is a few minutes walk from our home and I wouldn’t switch my kids because we love Good Shepherd so much.

We've been a member of the Good Shepherd family since 2012 and are still very happy with the school. Staff take pride in their jobs and care about students. The school is well maintained and very clean. The playground is perfect for elementary kids. Special events are well attended by the school community and make the kid's school experience extra fun. Highly recommend for those looking for a quality, faith-based education.

We have three children at Good Shepherd and we've been there for 6 years now. The teachers and staff are fantastic. They are dedicated, caring, and passionate. My kids have always loved attending school and are excited to go everyday. We are grateful that our kids have had such a positive school experience and appreciate the caring community that the teachers and staff have created.

Good Shepherd has been an amazing new beginning for my kids. We move to Airdrie July of 2020. My kids were the new kids and were very nervous. Day one I pick them up and they were so full of smiles. The staff at Good Shepherd was so welcoming to them,. Throughout the year the teachers handled the pandemic so wonderful. Super organized, a lot of communication on how online learning would work if we needed to go into it. They have great communication here, great support for the kids. I very much appreciate knowing I could bring up anything to the teachers and they could give me honest fees back and ideas. As a parent with a special needs child I was very worried, but the transition from the old school to Good shepherd was great! My oldest son was very relieved that he will be doing Grade 7 and Grade 8 here for a few more years. Thank you to the staff!!

We have been at Good Shepherd school since 2018 and have two children attending. We are very happy with this school. I was able to go on a tour before our oldest daughter started and all of my questions were answered. The communication between teachers and parents is excellent: consistent emails with updates and class information and timely replies any time I send an inquiry, and I have always been met with kindness and caring attitudes. Our girls are happy and thriving and enjoy going to school here!

Amazing school community and fantastic teachers. Our kids are learning and growing here. We love being part of the Good Shepherd family!

This school is ok at the best. Teachers get mad at student's for little things kid's got suspended for dog pilling. Some teachers get mad if you just sit in your seat. The kids are toxic. Phones got banned. You have to eat on the gym floor. Student's are great tho. And like 3 teachers. You can also get sent to the office for talking about endgame.

The school has had multiple bullying problems and the teachers have done nothing about the issues
