I called in order to determine if I could visit a recently arrived resident. The response was “We will not tell you if she is staying here and we will not provide information concerning our guests”. Unbelievable! Having spent 20 years as a board member of a large community care organization couple with my wife’s profession as an RN at hospitals and having numerous friends in the medical profession I have never before encountered such rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Based upon my experience I would avoid this facility. 0 stars.
I am very pleased with Good Samaritan LTC. I am informed on everything that is done with my Mom and the nurses and PSWs work very hard.
Beautiful seniors home. Was given a tour and it is one of the best I've seen. Great upkeep, staff is very friendly, and lots of activities for the residents!
An excellent place to work!
No professionalism. Unlawful activity.
