We are people who hit all the right modern notes...we work hard, play hard, train hard, and have a social and environmental consciousness. We value friends and family. We connect!...And we do all this while raising our kids, teaching them to live, eat and dream the same way. We are real people living real lives, like you!

What we do...
We provide good food choices while simplifying your life. We make fresh, healthy, meals using the same ingredients you do! Real food made from scratch. We make food that tastes great and keeps your entire family in mind. We combine local and international flavours in a way that won’t scare your kids, and still surpasses the nutritional needs of an active lifestyle, all while using ingredients you can pronounce. Meals are made 5 times per week so you always eat fresh!
And....WE CAN DELIVER IT TO YOUR DOOR!

Why we do it...
Every business is born from a need, and someone who can fulfill it. At G.E.T. we are as busy in our daily lives as you are; modern realities load you with responsibilities and give you less time - less time to think, less time to act, less time to spend with friends and family, less time for health, and less time for a balanced diet. We make living easier for you...guilt free and healthy. We do this because it's important us.

How it works...
Meals are prepared fresh daily for each weekday, and then delivered first thing the next morning between 7:30-10:30am. Menus are posted weekly on Wednesday and the deadline to order for the week is Sunday at 12-noon. You can place your weekly order for as many or as few meals as you need for the week. By Monday morning you can be eating breakfast delivered to you in convenient recyclable packaging that travels with you if you want. The smallest portion is $7.50 and is similar to a Lean Cuisine. The basic portion at $10 is slightly larger and usually includes some healthy carbs. Other larger portions are available as well.

Our focus is on food that not only tastes great, but is healthy while appetizing to your other senses. No one wants to eat food that looks like it came from a can or was flash frozen. At work or home, what you'll receive is freedom, peace of mind and spectacular value, without compromising taste!
