I came in to exchange a sweater I got for Christmas and they didn't have my size in store. Other local stores didnt have the right color so they called the company to see if they had it in stock and sure enough they did!! They are bringing it in for me from the manufacturer. Jeff and the guys really went above and beyond to get me the right size. Amazing customer service as always ! Thank you :

Bought a shotgun from this place on consignment. I know the shotgun came with additional chokes but since they were not labeled they couldnt confirm if they came with the rifle. The only other shotgun they had on consignment had a completely different threading then this one but the girl was adamant they were not for the one I was interested in. After purchasing the shotgun since the woman claimed that she would call me the next day I have been waiting 2 weeks for that call to get the chokes so it seems like I will need to order all new ones. After multiple rifles and scopes I have bought from this store I can no longer support this place and will just have to deal more with Cabelas or the local Canadian Tire instead.nnUpdate: So the store replied to my comment stating that the reps said they were not included which is not true they said they were not sure since they were not labelled. I was told they would call the owner to confirm and let me know on Monday which never happened and if they kept their word and informed me the next day that the chokes were supposedly for another gauge I would have been fine with it and just ordered new chokes anyway.
The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable about the quality of fishing reels.
