Stay away!! They are not loyal at all to long term customers bringing in new customers. I’m sorry I gave them the business. There are a lot of better IPTV options at the exact same price out there.
Great quick in-store service. Nice streaming as well. They show you the service so you can see if you like it first. They also offer different promos.
Do NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STREAMING TV. Buffering, black screens, station delays. I have two boxes with different servers. One server the station I watch is correct for timing. The other server box, the station is off by 21 minutes. I have asked them to correct the problem for 3 months - NOTHING! When I first started, the said I needed an internet speed of 50mbps hardwired. Then 75, then 100, then 150mbps. I now have 300 mbps, with Cat6e, and the best HDMI cables on the market! What do I get. Buffering, black screens, station delays!! It's a total joke! They do the same thing. Just reset, reset, reset. I personally think they are using servers they have no control over so they can't fix the problem. They have the hand out when they want the cash, but the hand isn't out to help solve the service problems. They blame my technology. I work from home and require bullet-proof internet for my job. I have NO issues. Watching TV with their boxes and service. A MITIGATED DISASTER! If you know of someone you can recommend, let me know. Once my contract is done, I am done. DON'T USE THEM, TRUST ME ON THIS.
They make promises they can't keep.nI have had phone, phone inquiries with promises of people calling back, even the manager and they didn't.nIf there is an issue, they want you to make a WhatsApp video call so they can help you walk through it.nI've made a suggestion of them using the quick support app so they can work on your box remotely.nThis technology has been around for at least 10 years.nThey always tell you that it's an internet issue and that they are doing their best.nI don't think they are
I went to Columbia video on Kennedy Road. I get IPTV service, Customer Service Rep. Named Prabh is wonderful personality. She have fully knowledge of product. She is humble ,polite and knows how to handle customer. I wish her good luck in future. Thanks Prabh for wonderful service.
