GOLFTEC Calgary Beacon Heights

My son recommended GOLFTEC after taking some lessons in San Francisco. Given how bad my game was, I thought it couldn’t hurt. After my first session of lessons, it became clear that the video input and the instructor’s methods were improving my game in measurable ways. I decided to re-up with Tyler, and I could not recommend more highly. I can now at least enjoy 9 holes of golf and not feel like a complete hack. I know I have more work to do, and so I will continue with my lessons with Tyler until I feel fully comfortable with my game. It is getting closer and closer.

I’ve been a student of Coach Tyler’s at Golftec Beacon Hill for just over 1-year. Due to his easy and simplistic teaching style, I have seen drastic improvements in all areas of my game. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient in helping me to learn a whole new golf swing while also removing flaws & bad habits out of my game. If you want to get better at golf, then Tyler LeBouthillier is the coach you need to work with!

Tyler is an excellent coach. Very patient and always positive as you learn the proper swing techniques. I am enjoying golf a lot more as a result.

I’ve been working with Taylor at Golftec for the past 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and instruction. My understanding, play, and enjoyment of the game has improved exponentially. If you want to improve your game… Don’t second guess enrolling with Taylor.

Started taking lessons at Golftec Beacon Heights in late 2019 after a 15 year hiatus from the game. Working with Craig Vogel, we reduced my handicap from a 14 beginning of 2020 to 4.6 at the end of the 2022 season. I have no doubt I will flirt with a scratch in the coming seasons. In addition to lessons over the past few years, I have completed a few club fittings for irons and woods. It definitely helps having your coach conducting the fitting as they know your tendencies and swing, which ultimately makes for a better fitting. If you are serious about improving, don't hesitate to give Craig a call.

Recently, someone asked me what the best thing is that I have done for my golf game. The answer was “going to GOLFTEC for instruction and finding a coach I like and trust, Tyler LeBouthillier.” I came to Golftec because I wanted to become a more solid ball striker. After my first swing evaluation and video review, I could see easily that real improvement could only come if I fixed my swing piece by piece and invested the practice time it takes to get there. I like the video review that’s done during each lesson. You can see if you’re making positive changes or falling back in to old habits! I look forward to getting the online lesson review that includes video and audio analysis of the session and supporting drills that I can do anywhere, anytime. To me, golf is a game for life. I am sure all the instructors are good. The one that helped me the most was Craig Vogel. This guy can help with the big details or the fine tuning of the golf swing.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to share my experience. Went in for a driver fitting and was very fortunate to work with Taylor. Taylor took his time with me trying out many different heads/shafts combinations to get me the perfect driver to fit my game and swing. He offered some very helpful tips as well even though wasn't a lesson for which I am very appreciative of. Came in with a fade, left with a draw, love seeing that and not to mention my numbers improved across the board. I lacked confidence in my driving and would always resort to 5w or iron off the tee but not anymore thanks to Taylor. Can't wait for the driver to arrive and get on the course. Thank you for all your help, I will be back for some lessons from you and will highly recommend you to everyone I know

Would highly recommend Taylor as a coach. Huge improvements to my swing within only a couple sessions. Book lessons with him asap before his schedule fills up.
