Went to golf town after the shaft on my driver had broken and was helped by Reece. He was a tremendous help with finding a new grip to suit me and ensure my club would be repaired quickly.
I came in just sort of looking around and was testing out a cobra 3 hybrid, ended up buying it. But what was really amazing was David, I was testing a driver out with a regular flex and I was totally oblivious to any of the flex needed or anything else he noticed that my doing was not right for that flex. He spent the better part of an hour giving me tips and trying different things with flexes. After talking to him we figured out my driver I have now doesn't have the proper flex for what I need. If anyone ever needs some top notch help ask for David.
Really pleased with the few times I've shopped here. I am quite the distance from town and every time I come here the staff is friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Jocelyn. Best Golf Town in the Edmonton area!
Upgrading my clubs to match my present handycap. Arrived at the Sherwood park store seeking advice on which clubs would maximize my present skill level. A young man named Eric spent a considerable amount of time and with great patience helped me to determine the set I needed. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the products and explained each step as we changed brands and shaft flex options until we found the best average results on their simulator. Best golf shopping experience I have had… thanks Eric!
We came in looking for a new driver for my son. Eric S. was very friendly and helpful. He allowed my son to swing several different clubs with varying shafts. He explained what the simulator stats showed and helped him choose the perfect club to match his swing. Thank you very much for the help.
Store “manager” is lazy. Drove 2 hours to buy grips and get them installed and got told he didn’t have time he had management duties to do. It was 7:00 when we were there store closes 8:00 and he said it would take 45 mins to do. Clubs already stripped of old grips and tape and cleaned. I bought the grips brought them home and taped and installed them in 30-35mins. He just didn’t want to do them!
This store keeps up to the golf Town standard. I found some pre owned clubs on a good deal, was happy they added this rack. Helped fit my brother for some clubs a couple years ago when I used to work at the north Vancouver golf Town store and was very up to date with new clubs. They have good quality simulators, seem to actually project a bit low yardage but that's better than over projecting. Bags, apparel, re grips, etc there is everything you'd expect. Large store too. Employees have been friendly to me whenever I've come in and customers seem happy to be there too, usually a good deal on whatever you're looking for.
I walked and not two seconds later I was greeted by Elvis, this guy knows his stuff and was able to get me fitted with the driver I felt most comfortable with. Very knowledgeable and eager to help out. Even straightened out my swing out with some of his pointers. Thank you Elvis and Golf Town

I really appreciated the approach Elvis took for finding me a set of clubs. It was really about finding the best fit, not the most expensive. It was quite a lot of fun trying out different clubs before settling on the ones I bought. I highly recommend this location.
