Shotty craftsmanship and will not stand behind their products. Lacking customer service skills. Finds ways to increase costs even on said "free" services such as lifetime sizing. Will not come back here. Destroyed ring when attempting to size down...

Have one of their necklaces which is extremely beautiful and unique. Love love love it!
