We had so much fun!! I recommend this place for a family/friends adventure... First stop of our long drive. The place is not hard to find. There are signage along the way to guide the visitors. We did not buy ticket online because we are not sure if we will get the regular pass or adventure pass. There was no long line in the counter, took only 3-5 minutes. Noah, the cashier, was so friendly. He smiles all the time. We only bought the regular pass, kids does not like to do the other activities. It was really hot on time of our visit so I really appreciate the provided free water refill on the entrance. Washroom is clean and smells nice. Kids spent the first hour exploring and playing at mini adventure park, which is free, while adults were relaxing and watching them. Golden Skybridge has two highest suspension bridges in Canada. Crossing both bridges alone were super worth it. View is spectacular when you are at the bridge. I am sure the pipe will be opened by the time we come back to try their adventure pass. Spent our last hour and a half walking the three kilometer trails. Kids read every information along the trails. And oh, touch the sky seat if picture perfect!!! Overall experience was awesome! Adults loved it, kids loved it, everyone was happy!!
My boyfriend and I decided to make the 3 hour drive to visit the Golden Skybridge after hearing it had a zip line and canyon swing. We bought the adventure pass for the 10am time slot to try to beat the crowds. We were pleasantly surprised to find out when we got there that there are actually 2 suspension bridges! You can loop around as many times as you want which was really great. The path is gravel and there’s a bit of steepness to it so come prepared with proper footwear. The zip line is really neat but the canyon swing is sadly not yet completed. We definitely plan on returning once the canyon swing is open. It’s worth the drive!
This is a great place for kids to run around and burn off some energy and for a long drive. Trailer is well maintained it doesn’t take very long. It’s 1.3 km total going over both suspension bridges. There is a little play area for kids. I would recommend buying your tickets online. To save 10%. I bought mine online while in the ticket centre at the site.
Very nice! I’m glad I experienced this gem. There is a play area for kids and there are two bridges to cross as they are both one-way you you do a circle around. You can purchase zip lining tickets, they are also building a mountain coaster and a swing. It’s a great view and very high up, the bridge does wobble side to side as people are walking.
Such a fun experience! The price is 100% worth it, get the adventure pass. Zip lining was so fun and the two bridges were an adrenaline rush. We didn't get to do the adventure course but it looked like a blast.
We booked online and got tickets for 9am, but only to find out when we arrived that they open at 10am. The staff wasn't apologetic about it and just said they need to correct the system. We wanted to do the sky bridge and the zip line - and as I went in the morning just when they opened there wasn't a line for the zip line - I went twice! We didn't have time to do the adventure challenge - which is an obstacle course that is built in the trees. There was a line for that and looks like good fun as well. We did the via ferrata couple of days before so we skipped this.
This was such a surprise! My husband and I planned to go and walk the bridge, but there's so much more to see and do in addition to the bridges! Highly recommend as a family activity, couples, anyone! Such fun, great staff and amazing, unbeatable views! This is a very well done tourist attraction. Amazing addition to Golden.
Wow! Wanna talk about views and exhilarating rides with wonderful kids play areas!! This place was super family friendly and fun, even for the scared : Note for the disabled, the 1.3km of trails are gravel and up/down quite a bit. Absolutely worth a stop if you are in any way an adrenaline aficionado! The walk across the pedestrian bridges- the highest ones in Canada - are thrilling. What an amazing experience, it is a must. We will no longer just drive through Golden. You must make a stop and enjoy the amenities. They are also adding an what looks to be a ride that we can't wait for, but to do some of the major fun kids are to be 7 and older however they also have lots for the little ones as well. Very impressive
