Great food, nice, hot and fresh. Service was fantastic. It's a nice small cozy restaurant. We were at the buffet, which was prepared in small hot portions, so 8t did not sit there forever. Thank you! Desserts were great too, especially those square cream things lol
We enjoy ordering from here once a month. It is nice to have an option in Lively that isn't pizza. Prices are high, but that's understandable in today's world. We find our food is always fresh, and orders are correct.
Only been here for takeout but the staff is really friendly and attentive... Orders are usually spot on and always really delicious. Very glad to have them in Lively!Food: 5/5
All my food was cold even the wonton soup not hot at all. The food was ok but just didn't stand up to the the very fresh tasting hype i been reading. That take out window is also ridiculous. Have people come inside like normal restaurants do. Not saying i won't come back but won't be my first stop on chinese food sorry. I give it a 3.5 with room for improvement.
Been ordering food there for the last 14 years the first couple years it was good and affordable now the plates are super expensive and hardly any protein meat and now keeping out on veggies plus containers are never that full sad to see it go downhill I ordered Chinese and Sturgeon Falls now when I visit
We ordered dinner for two, and the chicken chow mein is so delicious!! Chicken balls were tasty and not greasy at all!! And the sweet and sour isn't as sweet as other places which I liked so much. Love it!! Thank you for the good food!!
Dissappinted. Food has almost no flavour compared to other Chinese take out in Sudbury, and its nutty expensive. Highly recommend the one in Capreol, but that's not ever practical for me to get. My next go to would be Regent st. They have a pick up special for two that feeds four people easy for $30. - July 2022
The Golden Palace has great takeout service and the food is absolutely delicious. On top of that, the person taking the phone orders wins me over with her enthusiastic and friendly manner every time. Thanks Golden Palace!
We ordered for the 1st time. We spent 100 in food both noodles was very dry and the spareribs smelt burned and was way over cooked. Fried rice was good!!
Was very excited to try Golden Palace after reading the great reviews, unfortunately our meal included a few surprises in our Chicken Fried Rice we didn’t enjoy so much and a little irony to boot. I called to advise the restaurant, we were offered a replacement rice or credit for our next order, both were not favourable options for me after finding 2 hairs. Perhaps go elsewhere.
