My partner and I have been ordering from here together four years, individually we have been eating from there even longer. Excellent Customer Service! Awesome sense of humour! Great, Fresh tasting Chinese food! Dining in was great too! Great service! Great service and great food, nice environment to sit and eat. We have tried other Chinese restaurants in our area and found our way right back here. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant In this Fort William area... I recommend you trying it out.

The food here is delicious and take-out is available until 1:30AM almost every night including some holidays. The egg rolls are great, especially the vietnamese egg rolls AMAZING. The General Tao's Chicken is....you guessed it, amazing. The service is great and it's about time the menu get posted online. Thanks Golden Lantern! Oh, and the restaurant has an A rating, and they earned that rating.

We ordered around 8:30pm, chicken balls, bonbons and deep fried shrimp. Delivery was fast, cost was $47, gave him $52 to cover the tip. The chicken balls and shrimp seemed ok. Then we tried the bonbons. They were rancid. And I don’t mean the flavour, they were literally rotten, it was obvious with the first bite, then we realized you could even tell by the smell. I called there immediately to let them know. The gentleman argued with me, insisting they were fresh, and they’d never had a complaint before. I told him, that may be so, but these ones are bad. He argued some more, then I told him I wasn’t asking for the money back, just letting him know although an offer of at least a partial refund would have been nice. I guess that’s what he was worried about cause he then said, oh, ok, thank you, good bye, and hung up. Suffice to say we no longer have an appetite, the food is packed and put away barely touched. Will be calling the health department tomorrow. That’s the only reason the food isn’t in the garbage, in case they want to see it. Will never, ever order from there again. I strongly advise others not to order from there either. I’m actually worried we might get sick from the little bit we did eat.

Food was okay but they didn’t give us no fortune cookies, why eat Chinese if you don’t get no cookies with the little fortune. Now I may never know my fortune and forever wonder what it could have been. Three stars because I am slightly disappointed about those fortune cookies but quick delivery 30-35 not bad for Chinese food normally you have to order a while before you get it some times hours. But yeah pease remember the cookies.

I have been ordering from this restaurant longer than I can even remember. We tend to stick to the regular items, but recently we started to experiment and found that we have yet to encounter something we don't like. Sure, sometimes the sizzling bon bons have been small or the fried rice seems to be drier than expected, but overall, considering how many times I have eaten here, I cannot complain.

Ordered, 1 Orange Chicken and 1 General Tao Chicken, for my friend and I. I get the food say my order to him again he says he put lemon chicken instead which is fine, I don't like lemon chicken but its the same price. Then I don't even get lemon chicken so I had to share orange chicken with my friend and got ripped off. Don't go to it, it's not even that good of food wish i would of ordered somewhere else. UGH

I love the food and the service is always great, but I can NEVER tell when the store is open. Today: April 7, 2018, google says they’re open from 11AM until 1:30AM tomorrow, but I literally just walked by at 11:14 today and the store appeared closed. That happenes quite regurarly. I don’t know if I’m the only one with this issue, but if you’re open; your doors are and your sign is on. I think that’s easy to remember.

Placed an order for delivery on nov 9 at 5:25 pm and food never came. Waited 1 hour for my food and to call back to see what’s was going on with my order and no one answered the phone after trying 7 times from 2 different numbers. This is the 3rd time, I’ve ordered from here and never had this happen. Won’t be ordering from here again because of this reason. I was starving and they made me wait for nothing.

Old rancid soy sauce in dispensers on tables. Ruined the food. Egg rolls pretty gross. Lights not on when we walked in and no other customers or staff present in main part of restaurant. Thought it might be closed at first. Secondary English spoken here, so some communication issues. Rest of food ok.

heard it was good but i dont know......didnt come with half the order on delivery. called back he said "get you dubo next time" i say.. "i dont want double next time. i want my full order...i even tipped you..." ...he said wouldnt come back...really?...so i demanded him return with my money.... NEVER EAT HERE. the food is made in a D rated kitchen too..by D rated people.
